Good wotk environment and culturr teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Therr is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There are many cons to this company, All the cons are for the contracted-based employees, the payroll employees might not have these cons. 1. If you are a contract-based employee, the company treats you like a laborer, they only respect the payroll employees. 2. The higher management expects more from you and is never satisfied</mark>. 3. The work-life balance is not good. You have to work excessively long hours, up to 14-16 hours a day, including weekends.
