Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge in Linux and windows server and troubleshoot.
• Knowledge in MySQL, PGSQL, MongoDB database installation and administration.
• Knowledge in Docker, Kafka and MQTT and basic troubleshooting.
• MS Office and Teams installation and troubleshooting
• VPN configuration and troubleshooting like Citrix etc
• Basic knowledge in Active Directory.
• Log Analysis in internal monitoring tool and troubleshooting.
• Checking SIEM logs or alerts from SOC center
• basic knowledge in OS and network troubleshooting.
• Basic troubleshooting in Audio/Video conference call.
