What You Work :
We are seeking a dynamic Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with 2-4 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes and a proven track record in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, OTL, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, and Compensation.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for HCM modules.
- Work closely with HR and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data migration, validation, and system integration tasks.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure system accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful system adoption.
- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM updates and recommend system enhancements.
Mandatory skills :
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Experience with data migration, validation, and report generation using Oracle tools.
- Should be skilled in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI reporting, and Fast Formula.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification is a must.
Preferred Qualifications :
- 2-4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support
