Can not judge for work life balance because there is only work no life, favouritism culture and misbehaving with subordinates is common even after taking work from them for 12-13 hrs in a day.

See company depends on the channel you work on. I can say for few the company will be awesome, but for few it will be pathetic. It depends on the manager and the skip manager. It's same for everyone other companies.

Worst company because of Hament Anand in CA Agency sme vertical... doesn't deserve to work here in icici lombard because of his harrasement at night after drinking...

Worst company because of managers leaders named Hament Anand working here in Delhi... Please get rid of them... he used to call at 9:30 pm after drinking and force to resign even after working in a baseless vertical...

Only Work life balance is there. Except this nothing is good. If anyone wants only job security do join, but dont expect growth & salary hike after working very hard.

After working more than five years, I have seen rapid degrowth in work culture after acquiring Bharti Axa . Senior management is only in search of scapegoat to hide their incompetencies. They always failed to take market oriented decision, Biasness has taken over impartiality because of that employees are getting growth on perception basis.
