Earlier they had given WFH, now it's not there...they will throw booze parties.

No work life balance..make u work around the clock..no weekends or holidays. Will kick you out by hearing grape vine thoughts told by Senior employees. Toxic culture ..only .net client in Tectoro is GGH ..usually they don't care about employ concerns.

If client reduces the scope of the project immediatly Tectoro will show you exit door without any prior notice, they will lie like we have so many clients and it is a permanent/full time employment but they will only hire for short term as long as client finishes their project they will ask you to resign. 1.
