Skill Development/ Learning is good as we have freedom to do implement new technology and as the salary is very very low from the start the appraisal is good for the starting few years.

Dislikes

Let's start from the beginning. They will ask you to sign a three-year bond and require you to submit your original school and degree certificates. The First year will be quite good, as you will have the opportunity to learn and receive a decent salary appraisal. However, once the first year is complete, before the second appraisal,they will pose one crucial question: "Do you plan to stay after completing your bond?" If you respond with a negative answer, indicating your intention to change company, they will deny you the second appraisal and overwhelm you with an excessive workload. Subsequently, they will refuse to let you leave the company, claiming that there is too much dependence on you. They will then coerce you into staying for an additional two years without offering a favorable compensation package.
