The only think which I like in tecnotree is we can learn the latest technologies and we will be working in all areas like frontend and backend and deployments.

Work life is balance is very poor. In covid time they made us to work around 18 hours. Salary hike is dream. There wont be hike every year . if they give also it will be very less in single digits irrespective of your rating. Management is poor. Hr support is poor. No transport facility. You wont have personal life. You may need to work in weekends without any extra pay.
