Good Opportunity for freshers to learn, Technology they work upon is good and lots can be learnt .Free Medical insurance for entire family including parents.Good Onsite opportunity.Flexible working hours so no 9 hour rule followed, work for 6 hours you get paid and work for 12 hours you get the same pay.

Dislikes

Salary appraisal is not good lately, company going through tough time as management is really bad, for the time being would recommend to refrain joining the company as it's a sinking ship at the moment and only a miracle can save this company

Very good handson experience for developers and they can take decision towards the goal

Every thing with higher mangers. No goodies left in TT now only scrap is sitting inside office. Especially Tamilians they are the rulers like cm of state
