Name of layoff they fire employees. They are literally lies to employees and say we don't have projects and all those things, and fire old employees and then they hire new employees with low salary. In this office there is no work - life balance. This company totally ridiculous. There is no sick leave policy. In this company fully filled politics. So many politics play in this company.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
