1. micro management 2. Every day they expected to do long hours , 12-14hr shift 3. HR department shit , they won't respond on time some times they won't even care 4. Shit wow demos , every day is haptic, Friday's even worse 5. no proper planning things get change randomly without any reasons 6. They'll hire interns and make them work like full time .

My experience at Techolution was a complete nightmare . The management and HR team are the most unresponsive and irresponsible people, i have ever came across in my career when i was hospitalized with a 104 degree fever, i reached out for sick leave. Guess what? Not a single person- neither HR not Management-bothered to respond .No emails, no messages, nothing. This completely lack of empathy and humanity is disgusting and unacceptable. And it doesn't end here. I needed the Internship Assessment form signed by Manager, i followd up multilple times with HR(Ayesha) throuh emails, message and calls .Every single attempt to contact them was ignored, even after the deadline had passed. its clear this company couldn't care less about employees unless it directly benefits them or their client. you are just a cog in teir machine, completely invisible otherwise The company culture? Toxic doesn't even begin to describe it. You are over worked to meet unrealistic client deadline with Zero regards for your health, personal life or well being.Emplyees are treated as disposal assests, and management behaviour reek of sheer apathy If you value your sanity, self-respect, and health, stay far away from Techolution.This company doesn't deserve the effort,time or dedication of any working professional...Read More

So many things - 1) Seniors are not qualified also not so much experienced. 2) Director of Autonomous AI doesn't know anything about project. He is the most dumb person in the office. He knows very well how to waste company's money. He is the director of the project but if you ask any question for help he doesn't know anything. He Only knows how to hold employee till 2AM daily. He make fake bills for collect money from management . 3) Lead Robotics Industrial Engineer doesn't know anything about Robotics. He joined the company just 3 year ago as a fresher's. He is a Mechanical engineer, his task to make 3d model of box. But he assign task to all the departments when your duty hours is over. Specially after 8PM he will call you and give some urgent task and tell you finish it within 1 hour. But he doesn't know how much time should take to finish this task. He is just destroying the entire project. He has no technical knowledge. He doesn't want to complete the project. He only knows how to torture juniors. He doesn't have any humanity. If you said your father has died and you need 1 day leave, he will not approve it. He will assign you another task and order you to finish it next hour. 4) Now come to the team leader, he is mainly a PCB designer also from mechanical background. He doesn't have much more knowledge about the project. He is a good leg sucking person for holding his position. He is very very strict about the task, he can call you at 3AM and tell you for come to the office. He designed wrong PCB board but no one is there for check it. He gives dead line to the developer and programmer that you have to finish this JIRA card within 2 hours but he Actually doesn't know it will take minimum 5 days time. Of you come late in the office then you have to show medical certificate for your late. Otherwise you will not get next days attendance. 5) Office time is 11AM to 3AM practically. If you are intern then you have to come office weekly 7 days. There is no weekend for you. 6) Hyderabad office is the worst place for work, there is no work culture. Seniors never want to finish the project. They are just wasting company's money. 7) If you are truly giye some good ideas for project improvement, then you will be isolated, because they don't want someone who can really work on the project. 8) All Seniors are just so called Seniors , 2-3 years experience and very good leg sucking for become director, leader.
