Few projects were interesting. Senior management does not review the deliverables closely, so it is upto Project manager to ensure quality of deliverable.
Dislikes
The company defaulted on important aspects such as timely payment of salary, depositing PF / TDS and other statutory dues. The vertical heads get their payment and other incentives on time but team members have salary delays of upto 10/11 months. In September, the court has appointed IRP professional for liquidation of company to settle creditor's dues.
