There isn't anything to dislike about TH but I feel there has to be more responsibility given to people below and I am sure it will eventually happen as TH grows and management finds the trust and talent.

For me working with TH has been the most fulfilling job so far in my career. While growth has always been on top of my radar, I find it very difficult to work with organizations with toxic culture.
