Technogen doesn't give Scope to upscale via promotions. I was with the same from 4 years throughout my journey I brought lots of things with reputation by work from clients areas. No Recognition Zero respect.

I enjoy my workplace's collaborative environment and the opportunity to work with talent and passionate people and the challenge of solving complex problems as well as the sense of accomplishment that comes finding a solution.
