I want to tell everyone that all good reviews are at the time of Mr.Kalgutkar sir. Now the management is changed and these people's are retired PWD Maharashtra. This management is very unprofessional. Having hyper ego problem. Don't know the problems of private sector employees. Always concentrate on how to cut the money from employees salary. Giving only 7 days leave after 6 months probation period. Guest house facilities are very bad. No transportation facilities available. MD is having very weak ear and he is having too much chamcha. No scope of our progress. No salary hike or increament and last but not list no job security....Read More
