Nothing. It's owner based company but in efficient systems, no company policies. Only talking, no plans on floor. Extremely poor product management. Very poor compensation. Only join if you are appointed with any reference. Very big no for open ended people.

During this time I treated badly in techno industries. I was fire from the same company on my last date & I did not get any salary and this is only because of Vasundhara Medam and his team. So i can only say that even in such a time, these people took a advantage of my compulsion.
