Very bad experience. No work-life balance will force you To work on weekends. Very very poor management people and hrs are the worst. No job security they will not even listen to you. Bad quality projects and clients Worst decision I have ever made.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
