The worst people to exist and they open a company. The clients keep suffering and they play just politics within the company. As they don't know any work or have any talent, they fail to give good work to the client, and when the client goes, they will come to your desk and say that you didn't do work properly, where as I was giving20 creative everyday. They ask me to copy work from other brands, there was no space for creativity. You go to the HR and she is a puppet of the CEO and the accounts director. Also, all their good reviews are fake - no reviews in 2022 or 2020. 90% of the reviews are written in 2023 January, as the SEO executive of the company gone to everyone on their table to write the review from their phone. If you are a parent, don't send your kid to this company. They don't fire anybody, they force a person to resign. The mental health is negative. A few talentless people who have money are running the company with their money. The revenue is negative. The HR is a sister of the management person, she doesn't take any decision from own, she will not protect u, she will ask for orders from the management, and they will only trouble you. I had a very disappointed experiance with technians. They are just fooling and wasting time for the candidate. Here I was kept waiting for over 2 hours at the reception before my interview begun. and after that told me join immediately and when I agree to join the company as per their urgency to close the position on urgently. However, just a day before my scheduled joining, I was informed by HR (Jyoti Aggarwal) that the position had been put on hold and they would not be able to offer me the role. This unprofessional behavior not only wasted my time but also led me to decline other potential job opportunities. It's frustrating to see a company handle candidates this way - making false promises, pressuring for quick decisions, and then pulling back at the last minutes without any explanation or regard for the candidate's time and efforts. Such a lack of transparency and respect for candidates is disappointing. I hope the company improve its recruitment process to treat candidates with the professionalism they deserve....Read More
