Dislikes

Company management believes in flat culture and it is too soft and accommodative in nature they are not like other Indian companies because of that some employees who dont want to work spreads gossip. Please warn them or terminate dont be too soft on them.

It is exciting to work with Techniatranscat since most of the team members are good, young and dynamic. Company understand and support you even when you are in some personnel situation. Helped me to balance my work life.Helps you grow in the organisation.
