1. No work load 2. Good work environment if you find few to work with 3. Working shift 4. Office activities (when no work load)

No job security (you are working at your desk and the management team will call you to talk to you and they will handover a letter written "it's been great working with you and you may leave now" and will say get your bags pack, no need to meet anyone here, go out of the office campus and do whatever you like, just complete your working hour and get lost. 2.
