The earnings, Since Techmango is reasonable in billing its clients the pay might be only 80% of what is available in a metro city. Lets face it, the age of internet metro vs non metro ?

Flexible work timings. Opportunities and more time to learn new technologies and skills related to our designation. HR team is always helpful either officially or personally. They supported me at my hard times. My Manager is also provided good support while at work.
