Worst experience of my career. They hired me in the covid situation. Confirmed that they will give salary on time. For 3 months I received full salary on time. After that, they started paying 50% salary. After that, they delayed their monthly to 50% salary saying pharma companies not paying them so there is a delay. The company deducted the PF amount from my salary for 16 months but not submitted it. My PF account was also not created but they deducted every month's amount from my salary. Even notice period also served then also they have not given the salary. Waiting for 4 months' salary, FNF, and PF for 1 Year and 5 months. Waiting for salary from 1 year. There are a lot of employees who are not paid. Worst ever company I've seen in my career. Even not summited my pf also from the beginning.

- Till 2019 it was one the best company to work and recommend other to join - During lockdown staff cutting -Salary delays, many employees torcher by bank recovery person and fell embarrassed in front of society - Management don’t care weither you are only person in your family and you have to run a show - last 2 year more then 40 people left including top hierarchy - lockdown can understand for some period and even having good sales not managing employee salary then something is wrong and need to correct by management - Many EX employee filled case but no use - Still using manual work rather then software ( 10 Minute works takes 3-4 hours) come on you guys are tech company - Existing employees either May getting salary on time or not having option other wise no one stay bcz ultimate need a money to run a show...Read More
