Good office. The whole office has a common lunch break. That's the only time the whole office is chilled for the half hour, yes half hour is all the official break you get and are supposed to have in the 9 hours of working there.

Dislikes

Teams and sitting places are changed almost every 2-3 months. Hence one has to start a forming a bond with new place and team mates everytime and by the time it is done with one team you're in the different team again. Team shuffling is very disturbing. Also you cannot be seen doing any time pass of any kind what so ever can't even talk much about anything other than work. Promotions are also done regularly but salary hike comapared to the promotion is negligible. I would rather work at a lower post and have similar salary, than get a promotion,be responsible for four times more people and their stress and not even get paid accordingly....Read More

Very supportive staff and team. PM gives chance to team members to show his talent. Good cultural festival has been organised. All teams of jalgaon Techflow specially tekla production department is very productive and gives very outstanding performance.PM is very cooperative and solve issue very nice.

Dislikes

There is lots of issues here like first is salary increment, late sitting, overtime not paid, unhygienic washroom and urinals it is very worst condition. Air conditioning system failed many times. There is no cafeteria and gaming zone to release stress and for refreshment. The management did not give increment like a other branches.

I Begin my job here by ccssd .after that I was work here as a Shop DWG detailer for 2 years and 5 month as an erection DWG detailer.my PM and my checkers, TL and teammates is very cooperative and learn me how to draw and how to detail out the DWG readable
