Not good for Me No professionalism at all and lengthy working hours upto 24 hours if projects are urgent but they won't pay you overtime pay instead they wil threaten you to terminate if you go against working hours, which is violation of labour law. Most of the employees don't speak a word in fear of losing job in this tough marketand they live a miserable life. No family life, no personal time for fitness or to learn any other things of your interest.Favouritism is other problem engineers are kept behind from modelling or checking and forced to work as editor while they promote draughtsman who could barely speak any english.
