Honest nothing apart form few colleagues who are helping.. rest of the employees are busy in creating dependancy.

Dislikes

Almost everything. No process is followed, client satisfaction is myth, only money matters, centralised decision making, no proper KTs, false deadlines and commitments, no scope for new learnings, no management strategy, being service company no specific goal decided. Random projects comes and nobody knows the status of what is happening.

Work Details

No challenging work at all. Everyone including developer to tester are creating documents.
