permanent work-from-home management believes in ethics which is rare friendly work environment (except few) easy approval of leaves no work pressure if you are doing your work sincerely

Dislikes

-work hours: 8.45 monthly average excluding break which quite higher -list of holidays 10 out of which 5 come on weekend -company uses a tracker which take screenshots at regular interval to track working hours which shows disbelief in employees -have to explain the reason to HR for repetitive screenshots (if any) even if you are wor king sincerely -cannot join before 9 am and leave before 6<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.30 pm and still you can say flexible working hour -few senior employees don't treat their juniors well and management even knows that but they don't care -salary not on time</mark>..mostly after 7th of the month...Read More
