Numerous complaints have been filed regarding their unresponsiveness, lack of support for employees, and failure to address grievances in a timely and satisfactory manner. This negligence is unacceptable and is contributing to a toxic work environment. Furthermore, the blatant disregard for employee well-being and professional development is appalling.
