HR is the one who should create a conducive environment in an organisation. We work 6 days for SMB in India. This was communicated to you well before joining. Enterprise team and cloud Alpha team works 5 days a week. There are rules laid by authorities for holidays. It is not the organisation that decides holidays.

I started my career here and am happy for the exposure I had. I worked on multiple aspects. Now I am working in a big MNC with a higher pay since 2 months but the knowledge is very limited in my new role here.

Dislikes

Most of the teammates are friendly. We work on our assignments and take help when we are need help from seniors or consultants. Work environment is just good. If we are willing to experiment, we get all the support from the management. We are reimbursed for the training and certification. We can take leaves liberally.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
