The Management is very Transparent about the work culture. The CMO created a work- culture where people have the freedom to train themselves and get the job done. Infact, employees who leave this organization are ready to conquer the world with the knowledge they gained. This organization is not for those who want to be spoon fed but for those who are up for challenges.

Many employees are dissatisfied, mainly due to the Management Even when we develop a project, he lacks clarity and keeps changing decisions frequently. It’s confusing and frustrating to work under such uncertain direction. Honestly, it's hard to understand how the company is being run without a clear vision or planning.

I started my career here and am happy for the exposure I had. I worked on multiple aspects. Now I am working in a big MNC with a higher pay since 2 months but the knowledge is very limited in my new role here.

Dislikes

Most of the teammates are friendly. We work on our assignments and take help when we are need help from seniors or consultants. Work environment is just good. If we are willing to experiment, we get all the support from the management. We are reimbursed for the training and certification. We can take leaves liberally.

First day Joining , no Induction provided , because no HR Manager is there in company, 1 day did not let to comfort and settle in organization and did not let to understand the process directly asked to work without any proper guidance., and strict timings .first day itself asked whether you can do the task or not ,without any proper resource. and made me feel that iam a bonded labor .
