First day Joining , no Induction provided , because no HR Manager is there in company, 1 day did not let to comfort and settle in organization and did not let to understand the process directly asked to work without any proper guidance., and strict timings .first day itself asked whether you can do the task or not ,without any proper resource. and made me feel that iam a bonded labor .

I started my career here and am happy for the exposure I had. I worked on multiple aspects. Now I am working in a big MNC with a higher pay since 2 months but the knowledge is very limited in my new role here.

Dislikes

Most of the teammates are friendly. We work on our assignments and take help when we are need help from seniors or consultants. Work environment is just good. If we are willing to experiment, we get all the support from the management. We are reimbursed for the training and certification. We can take leaves liberally.

When a paid intern comes to office and applies for jobs instead of working on assigned task, we cannot extend internship. The online study material that is provided costs $99 per user per month! Its a self learning portal with videos and online tests. There is hardly any organisation in India which paid salaries to interns and spent money on training them without taking any bond in March 2021.
