1. No respect for employees by CEO. 2. Your computer screen is always under CCTV surveillance so no faith in employees. 3. Not paying Gratuity payment. I filed a case in Labour Commissioner Court Mohali, PB. and next hear is as on 31/01/2024. 4. Senior Salaries are always late even your Company is earning too good. 5. To bad politics by CEO. CEO always use HR or VP shoulder to target employees so he remain good in employees eyes. CEO always say...come to me for any concern but never give you honest opinion. Internal politics within a marketing team. Email marketer and SEOs often brainwash and toture each other teammates to resign just to secure their own position in company. management should be aware about such behaviour just because someone is behaving good in front of you doesn't mean they are supporting team behind you...no. many peoples left because of such brainwashing.

1.Company Culture is friendly,Managers are cool, No one will be standing out on ur head and saying complete by this week,.They give freedom to developer to decide timeline of task. 2.HR department is also very great, Leave policy is good. 3. Company MD is itself a fond of travelling, and twice or once a year they organise trip to Hills and do parties as well. And Company MD is friendly in nature, he used to play Volleyball, cricket with employees. 4.Job Security is very plus point here, if you are performing well (obviously company pay for ur skills),Many people are working here since 10 years , some since 5-6 years. 5. 1. Growing skills over a period of time is only negative here, Because they dont adapt new technologies at the earliest, they dont focus on Code quality, they just only want work to be done, No one will ask you until client gives technology specific requirements. My advice to Management is please focus on these areas.

I like working time which was 7am to 4:30 pm.

Company had not supported in covid19, even it had started reduction from salaries, moreover during lockdown company had not provide work from home and those who were at home were assumed to be at unfinish holidays. What a suck.
