I do not find any of the reasons that any one can prefer to work in Tech Mahindra. particularly, HRs are irresponsible. They play like anything with the Career of any individual.

Company culture is good they organize lots of event, They do put effort to upskill employee.

All interfaces (timesheet, it service etc) provided by company are not up to the mark.

There is no proper process in project. No documentation, no confluence, you have to hunt for a person who know about the project, if he is free he will explain you other like office-office serial you have to keep follow with him.

Everything comes down to reporting manager. Good employees are rewarded, salary package is competitive.

No proper appraisal cycle and no hikes. Most projects are support, maintenance or rebadged. Very few good projects. Perks are very little.

I have worked with this company for 13+ years , no appraisal, no life balance , some managers are good but higher management are not whenever your skill is required they will use it and keep in side once there work is done,
