Never adhere to their own defined appraisal cycle. Do not communicate about delay or rejection of appraisal. No support for work from home.

Technology wise the project was very good as a result I met quality technical expert in Database , System Support etc.

Dislikes

Annual increment was not good.

Working with team was good experience and on weekend handle project load individually was another good learning experience.
