Unless you are in a night shift projects, overall experience would be good. There are lot of trainings provided for upscaling yourself. A lot of cultural and sports activities that happens. Salary hikes are subject to your project's growth.

I would have preferred more relaxation in night shift timings and facilities like work from home.

I am working in Tech Mahindra from past three years and changed the project twice. It has helped me in some extent only but something is better than nothing. Opportunities are there in few projects but you need to grab it. Onsite opportunities are also more in few projects. Dislikes

Hike is very less and you wont get the deserving ratings even though you are working hard. Onsite opportunities will be fixed to whom to give and others wont get chance. Learning is difficult new things here as proper initiatives are not being taken.

I like the most is to work with my teammates, they are very joyous and help in many aspects.

Dislikes

There is too much of partiality for Manager/Lead buddies and most of those onsite opportunities are only given to them.

To an extent its boring, because there is nothing new to learn after you are accustomed with process. Even if u try moving to other teams within the project they are very authoritative and assign more work to complete without letting us talk.
