Company has few long term projects in which we have job security.

Dislikes

There is no job satisfaction and the growth is slow. Not able to help project moving to advanced technologies due to internal management reasons. Often weekends have working hours but no comp-off or if the compensation given, it is just equal to an hour salary of a day but the work is as same as complete working day. Also the working hours are about 13+ a day....Read More

I have received offers from Mindgate(14fixed + 1 veriable) And TechM (12.6 fixed + 1.4 veriable). In mindgate veriable is yearly based on performance. In techM veriable is on monthly basis and it is not based of performance. Both are for similar role i.e. Java backend. Which company is better for career and growth
