Being in the company for 8yrs approximately I was not been treated as a human , I meet with an accident but my reporting manager did not even ask me how are you Amit Manna. He was just concerned about his numbers. Secondly when I went for internal job posting for hr no one knew it ,no one even said All the best not even my manager. I gave my 8yrs of my life but my loyalty towards this company was not even appreciated, because when I decided to leave the company my manger in just 10 min conversation said OK no problem we will release u SMITA KOTIAN.she dint even ask the reason. People like Pranjali who has been award with DAP are performing mentoring role since 6months.And tenure advisor who have the capability is not even appreciated. Exceptions are only given to favorite advisors........in short company is baise ...they only support their favorite advisor and make them go ahead......I'm very hurt with the behavior I got as an human in this company. Negative. Even though you work for 4 years you get to hear you are a liability. So why not removed in the 1st 6 months. Why kept a liability till for 4 years. The reason is simple. Ego. Ou Your TOMs are bais. If some one tries to achieve the target your incentives are deducted but they dont pass on the information further to their employees which is very really sad. Since I have a passion in the sales stream , I enjoyed working for a very old process back in 2010 named Crazy John's ,the culture was quite different back then at tech Mahindra , scope of growing was great . M sure hard work speaks 💪.
