If the employee on bench and given the internal interview so this process is time consuming because we don't received from there side so in that case your bench time will reduce. No opportunity to grow in company. Upper Management is not able to understand the requirements from customer and unnecessary recruiting people. If your traveling for office work expenses whatever you spend no guaranty company will pay such a full policy.

There is no job guarantee for employees with out prior intimation they are laying of for employees it’s not good actually and also they are not at all giving to serve notice period also. If you want to join Tech Mahindra by any chance, I would say think about it atleast 10 times. Their work culture will damaged your work life balance. Full of politics and toxic environment, there are very short term projects you will be always worried about your next project and project extension. Office Politics is full and everyone will try to pulling back.

In terms of yearly hike they provide Medical facilities but basic salary remains Bench facility is awesome There you can find better project opportunities lower to your profile Guidance about the project from Junior

They commit for location change request but couldn't pay on time. So relocation charges , employees need to pay after commitment. Finance team ask for all documents convey you the path after approval from all depts they don't talk to employee for reimbursement. They commit alot but couldn't pay.

Skill development and learning are mandatory in TechM which helps people to grew their skills.

Appraisals are the worst as most people will get 4% hike. People who work beyond will get the same increment as with the other people as it is default by the grade. And when it comes to bonus for any festivals, they will not provide any.

Managers dont follow the policies set by the top management. Policies are just to show that they have something called a policy. Each manager follows their own set of policy. For example, there is a policy of hybrid work, but my manager enforces 5 day WFO and gives warnings if we dont follow it
