Has been tremendous organisation in last 10-13 year with flexibility and liberty to do something that suits your skill while ensuring company's growth

Dislikes

In last 2 years company has become ridiculous organisation to work for. Company has lost the sense of humanity for mid or junior resources. Things hasn't changed for senior people as like me but it has become very difficult to work here and it's only political or non technical senior or sales can survive in this environment.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Mindgate and Tech Mahindra

I have received offers from Mindgate(14fixed + 1 veriable) And TechM (12.6 fixed + 1.4 veriable). In mindgate veriable is yearly based on performance. In techM veriable is on monthly basis and it is not based of performance. Both are for similar role i.e. Java backend. Which company is better for career and growth
