Over all TechM as an organization has a very strong and good culture, being one of the IT Giant. Organization has a Josh Team which keeps employees always cheered up and motivated by organizing different social and cultural activities. But... if you are busy bee of work loaded project,then its not for you. If you are hired at a good package, be happy with it atleast for few years as increment will be there but you will have to wait. Promotions again depends on your current project and manager, if you are part of big project you may get something early, else wait n watch. Transportation costs are very high for IT employees, however for BPO employees same is less. (Unequal approach). Big communication gap between senior management and lower groups as rare meetings in a year. Even for IJP's you will have to wait for 90 Days to serve notice period. Even though no official announcement made for WFO, managers would force to WFO instead WFH. If you resign, managers/seniors will not not even bother to check why you have resigned and your support will be minimized even if you are the best performer till last day. Internal/External Trainings which involves your daily tasks should be given without asking to enhance individual/team performance/skill. But the requests will be ignored if there is very low cost approval involved. Last but not the least need to make modification to few furniture and fixtures as it has become too old and outdated, compared to any similar IT company it would be too old fashioned....Read More

Nothing is going good here. I learn new work of Team lead here : 1st : Frisking all the 200 employee in every 02 hours. 2nd : check all the 200 asset in every 02 hours. 3rd : if any asset damage by any associate then Team Lead is responsible for damage and he/she will be penalize for that. 04th: No any Team Lead talk to any other Team lead otherwise Warning will be issued. 06th : If any agent complaint of any team lead then Team lead is always wrong, no body ready to listen any Team Lead. 07th : Every newly promoted Team lead instructed by Manager on his/her 1st day that "Agar koi bhi associate kisi bhi reason se mere paas aayega chahe uski galti ho ya na ho main hamesha uska he support karungi aur uske team lead ko penalize karungi, meri najar me Team lead he galat hoga aur mujhe uski koi bhi baat nahi sunni hai". 08th : Every Team Lead should check aal the 200 system where associate paste the BubbleGum ( Chvingum ) if after this frisking any case found Team lead will be penalize for that and warning will be issued. 09th : Every Team lead should put the all 220 Chairs on floor on their place in every hour and he/she need to check in every hour that chairs are on their place or not. 10th : Every team lead know about their shift that after 2 month in which shift he/she is aligned. Their shift are planned before three month either he/she is active in the process or not 😂😂. 11th : If u cant do thease things and follow the above pointers then you can leave the job as instructed by Process Manager. One of the Best organization to work with in Kolkata. The management is very supportive except few who have joined from other organization. Work culture is good, gives work-life balance. Lot of learning and Growth opportunity. Salary Structure needs special attention.
