No feedbacks are taken from manager. They will pressurize you until you quit yourself. And even if you decide to stay and complete all the work in given time they will burden you with something that you either don't know or within constraint time line.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
