Only positive thing in my time here was the fact that while I was in a project where there was not much work, the technology I was randomly assigned to was ReactJS. I had pretty good work life balance. An option to start your career only if you are from a Tier III college and have no options.

Dislikes

You will find pay and promotion is extremely poor. Work life balance is not the case everywhere. Other cons of service based companies apply.

If you wish to have stable life and can work around with bit low salary then TCS is place for you. Before joining to TCS you should be clear that you might not get what you want here. Like if you are looking for proper devlopement projects.There are really less opportunities. Even if there are developement projects they will not give to fresher.Compensation is really less compared to other peers in Industry. If job security is your moto then TCS is best. Compensation revision is not good in TCS compared to other peers in industry. You need not be working on your skillset here always they may throw you in testing directly from core development.
