Not recommended this mumbai tcs spl olympus location. if you experience you can find out another good organization. This rules and regulations totally different. My previously key skills is different they are giving me diff work and that is not useful. Only copy paste work no one cares your. No value in this organisation.

job security is the best part here. company culture and ethics are also greatbecause it TATA. Most of the government project and national level projects are likely to coming here. Depending on the type of project you are getting your life and experience will be super good or super bad.

very less pay scale and growth. even appraisals are given in penneies. if it is your first job, then you will be stuck at the same salary bracket for a very long time and andit's very difficult to get digital or innovator profiles being in a project which require too much effort from your side,and occasionally they keep changing the rooms and conditions also.

Provide exposure to lot of technologies, focuses on individual learning and growth and excellent work culture. Brilliant workplace and facilities.

I don't even hate my manager as I understand they are also being pressured by their higher ups. They have no choice but to call us on Saturdays and Sundays. I am in one of the big projects in banking sector. So the pressure is high for everyone involved.

TCS is an organization that keep a tagline "Building on Beliefs" but don't stay on their words. I feel it's a worst company and following primitive methodologies of work. Once the organization was saying only 25% of workforce will work from office by 2025 now has changed their words. Woth no work life balance, and minimum salary bands, I feel it's an organization forcing their employees to scramble with stupid policies. Being such a big organization, it should lead the Digital work Real life. But again, it is promoting and forcing employees to WFO inefficiently. It is an organization which don't give increments and promotions even if you are getting 5/5 points in reviews. Collegues, and company cultyre of TCS should be the benchmark in IT sector. And there is always to learn something, from collegues, management, or by ourselves. Job security is excellent.

Salary and benefits doesn't do any good, as per industry standards. Appraisals and peomotions also at mercy of managers only.

There is nothing to like about tcs. If you want to stay forever then only come toh tcs. Because in tcs , you will not able to learn anything. They will tell you about project and when you accept that project and start attending calls then you come to know that this is very different what they told.

The overall experience is good, but need to get more exposure if are in a big team otherwise your notable works are not even considered on appraisals/promotions.

Appraisal is not prior based on performance alone. Also not a good company if you are joining as a fresher, I would suggest if you are joining after 2-3 companies.

Appraisal pattern was horifing , favouriteism are there for Appraisal , RNR, work from home facility, company policy is against favouriteism under the Tata code of conduct but still it is very common in projects. Experience and talented employee get 3-4 % salary hike for YOY but favourite employee gets 7% hike minimum.

Only labors can work here not engineers. It’s not a IT COMPANY It’s a labour shop where labors getting delivered to clients . Nothing to like just hate this company.
