Very first thing they are going to put you in dying support project. Chances of learning new skills is not there. Lot of politics, they won't release you from project that easily. 40% of work you will be doing is process work which will not be related to any skills that you will be gain and can be used in future or will reflect anything in your cv. If you are fresher even if you get low salary as compared to other job opportunity will suggest to take job in startup with less salary rather then in tcs as over a period of three years you will be earning more because of the skills you will learn in startup culture and switch you make but in tcs your salary will never increase. Salary growth and increment is even less then inflation so technically your salary is decreasing every year<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The job security which we are getting in this company will not be there in any other company. That's guarantee.

When we join this company from other company we will get a good hike and after that no-one will get a good hike. Maximum hike company can give around 8 or 10% even if you get a A Band. I have worked around 3 years and the differences in my salary happen between this 3 years is Round 80k totally in CTC. But in this place rest of the company will pay you good % of hike<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Even if you are eligible for promotion you will not get it until management push it for you</mark>.
