Company is great , but some Admin are very rude they don't have any descincy to talk with the the worker's. I was in the third party contract . Specifically Admin Harshal Darade he treats worker's any how, he thinks third party contract workers are begger. Can he talk with the company employees any how? No because he knows what will happen if company employees complain against him.

Appraisal and recommendations are not satisfactory. India's inflation rate starts at 8% hence if yearly appraisal is below 5% then we are not even beating the inflation with our hike which is a pain at TCS
