Appraisal pattern was horifing , favouriteism are there for Appraisal , RNR, work from home facility, company policy is against favouriteism under the Tata code of conduct but still it is very common in projects. Experience and talented employee get 3-4 % salary hike for YOY but favourite employee gets 7% hike minimum.

My previously key skills is different they are giving me diff work and that is not useful. Only copy paste work no one cares your. No value in this organisation.

job security is the best part here. company culture and ethics are also greatbecause it TATA. Most of the government project and national level projects are likely to coming here. Depending on the type of project you are getting your life and experience will be super good or super bad.

very less pay scale and growth. even appraisals are given in penneies. if it is your first job, then you will be stuck at the same salary bracket for a very long time and andit's very difficult to get digital or innovator profiles being in a project which require too much effort from your side,and occasionally they keep changing the rooms and conditions also.

Lots of things.. Company is just growing only because of brand. No employee value, politics which has no limits, no promotions, salary increment is horrible, Toxic Work Environment: The overall atmosphere felt highly toxic. There was a consistent sense of negativity, with too much focus on internal politics and favoritism. The morale among employees was low, and it was evident that many people were struggling due to a lack of support and understanding from leadership.The company’s leadership appeared more focused on protecting its external image than addressing the internal challenges. It often felt like we were merely actors in a carefully scripted play, where the real issues were ignored, and everything was done to maintain a facade of success.The work environment was incredibly toxic, largely due to certain individuals whose behavior was allowed to persist by management. Opportunities to learn and truly contribute to client delight, personal and professional satisfaction. Work is very rewarding in that sense (not always monetary side). Job security is quite good.

Culture needs to improve to understand work life balance and more women inclusion. Senior leadership needs more women and more empathy. Salary across is extremely low and this is a problem across BFSI companies. Promotions are very slow and that's demotivating leading to loss of good talent.

TCS only has brand name.Inside TCS nothing is good. A lot of favouritism and politics however it’s everywhere but not like TCS it’s next level. Even not proper Management nobody is there to help you.

You can switch among different domains of your choice if you have the right leadership team to support you. Also onsite positions are huge compared and if your profiles matches their requirement you will be onboarded but the main thing is RMG has to approve this.
