Working in TCIF was a nightmare. HR madam Namita and head Dr Munish, both are worse kind of people. They torture the employees. No work life balance. No learning. Basically it is a trap. Even in probation period, they will tell to do a notice period of 15 days if you want to leave. They do not provide any experience letter if you resign on your own. I have never seen such GUNDARAZ. If you are good in buttering it is heaven for you. But they will play with your life and career. Even no body will listen to your pleads and blame you for a single failure. Work Details

No work life. Head Dr munish thinks employees are his slaves and make the employees stay in office till 7 or 8pm in the name of meeting. Even in sundays they will make you sit in front of laptop. If you don't attend he will scold you

Beware of the HOD Dr. Munish and his HR head Ms. Namita. The organization feels like a jail. They monitor your leave and attendance on minute basis. The HOD is having some mental issues and is not at all focused on the work but only flirting with female staffs. He has the habit of blaming the staffs of his own mistakes.
