HR should communicate with employees. HR rearly reply to calls. Don't join TCE as a consultant. Join on roll only. Behaviour to consultant is not fair. No holidays, no training for consultants. Transfer to other states is worst think. Top management is enjoying good perks.

Employee engagement is not as per skill set and experience its aa oer job requirements as per client requirement. Salary and increment is average. Not good for young engineers who want to start professional journey joib after gaining experience from EPC Major company.

HR team.. Worst HR team I ever worked with. Worst management. They are liers , direct humiliation on the floor, CHRO and others like Nayan etc are big liers and terminate people directly. They treat all employees badly wheather it's regular, consultant or third party. Tata is running only bcz of brand name rest the management is rubbish.. They abuse in floor.. Pls pls don't join TCE

Growth and Salary are not good part this company. Highly bureaucratic in nature and higher Management doesn’t care about juniors. HR dept and delivery team is hopeless. Client resolution is also not good.

I feel like not getting training in deployed department in TCE at required phase. As I am very passionate in my branch of study I feels like the growth is very less. So there won't be any pressure or tension for you in TCE as a trainee. And you might have to travel to different site locations for works unrelated to the deployed department
