They treat all employees badly wheather it's regular, consultant or third party. Tata is running only bcz of brand name rest the management is rubbish.. They abuse in floor.. Pls pls don't join TCE

I feel like not getting training in deployed department in TCE at required phase. As I am very passionate in my branch of study I feels like the growth is very less. So there won't be any pressure or tension for you in TCE as a trainee. And you might have to travel to different site locations for works unrelated to the deployed department
