No Job security, careless HR on giving reasons. They have their own hype about their directors and other superiors. Tatwa will tell their agents to manage to basic requirements like washroom or pantry. Pathetic working condition. No proper working AC, No toilet paper in washroom. Lack of basic hygiene. Unwanted strict timings. Many of the colleagues were working on Managerial designations but zero Hike in salary but loads of work. No client company relation they will do anything that clients are expecting rather than putting their point on the table for discussion. Do not expect anything if u join. They don't give full salary and also there behaviour is not proffesional .....they are so annoying ....also they give half of salary and half they divide I think because in a consulty they told me that thay are making employee fool to giving them half offer of money and they told that 3rd part in involved
