There is nothing to like about tht company. They target the needy ones who want to live in this city with their job and provoke mentally for the sallary.the worst experience in Guwahati. They can't give u sallary they can give u mentel stress as well as physical too

They don't give full salary and also there behaviour is not proffesional .....they are so annoying ....also they give half of salary and half they divide I think because in a consulty they told me that thay are making employee fool to giving them half offer of money and they told that 3rd part in involved

This company didn't respect their employees. NO JOB setisfaction. They only want submission. They didn't respect your thoughts. They didn't give salary on time. Salary implementation 🤢🤮. I worked here in 4 months. No one survived at least 2 months. Please don't join this company 🙏

1. Very risky to work. No job security at all. Company can fire anyone anytime forcefully even the employee shows improvement. I was managing Bank Bazaar process as operation manager since last 1 year. November and December 2022 were very bad in terms of attrition, shrinkage, performance. But I showed continuous improvement from January to April 2023 in terms of every KPI (Attrition, shrinkage, bailable hours, quality score, revenue) but still I was forced to resign. I am now jobless and facing lot of challenges in finding a new job. I am financially affected in extreme level. If something goes wrong in my family then Tatwa management will be solely responsible for it. 2. Pay package is very low in terms of designation and work load 3. Leave policy is extremely poor. There is no paid leave for agent level 4. Company does not provide any appointment letter to any employee in all level. Rule and regulations very strict, but salery too low amount also not credit timely. No limit ,i received salery 2 month later .very disappointed
