Group values are highly recommended. Though Telecom segment is in deep problem most of the companies have given notice and send their employees but in Tata they are giving compensation to the employees who doesn't have role. Thats really because of group values and ethics. I am proud to be part of Tata family.

Dislikes

Beacause of policies things are not moving as required due to which some times we may lose the market opportunity. Most of the times restructuring happens which create job threats among emploees.

Our product is slightly technical as well very competitive. Due to price war we are facing big challenge in safeguarding our existing revenues and acquiring new revenues.
